These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk346 platform, including the website located at pk346.org, any associated mobile applications, and all gaming, betting, and ancillary services offered thereunder (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by pk346 ("pk346," "we," "us," or "our"), a gaming operator licensed under an international gaming license.

By accessing the Platform, registering a pk346 account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, participating in any promotion, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you ("Player," "you," or "your") agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms in their entirety. • Own Account: You must be registering and operating the account entirely for your own personal use. Operating an account on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, complete, and truthful information in all fields. You further agree to promptly update any information that subsequently becomes inaccurate or outdated.

pk346 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the pk346 Platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk346 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. pk346 reserves the right to modify the list of approved payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pk346 account balance following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the pk346 cashier at the time of transaction. pk346 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds, and compliance with these Terms. pk346 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section of the Platform. pk346 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: pk346 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations as required under its international gaming license. pk346 may, without prior notice, delay or suspend a withdrawal transaction where it reasonably suspects that the transaction may constitute or facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity. In such circumstances, pk346 may be obligated to file a report with the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

All bets, wagers, and game plays placed on the pk346 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting market, as published within the relevant game or sports betting section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail in relation to that game only.

pk346 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to PSL, international cricket, T20 leagues, UFC, and association football. In-play betting markets are subject to live pricing and availability. All settled bets are final once the relevant event outcome has been confirmed, subject only to the void bet provisions below.

Void Bets: pk346 reserves the right to void any bet or game result in the following circumstances: (a) where a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure has materially affected the integrity of the game or betting market; (b) where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or (c) where pk346 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the bet was facilitated by fraudulent, collusive, or manipulative conduct.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet or stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of placing a bet. pk346 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions without prior notice where it determines that such restrictions are warranted.

All games available in the pk346 casino lobby — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games, and specialty titles — are supplied by certified third-party studios whose random number generation ("RNG") systems are independently audited. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee results for any individual gaming session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk346 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or unlawful purpose
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction in bad faith
• Permitting or assisting any person under the age of 21 to access or use your pk346 account
• Acting in any manner that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards pk346 employees or other players

All content on the pk346 Platform — including but not limited to the pk346 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, data compilations, and all other materials — is the property of pk346 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; use pk346 branding or trademarks without prior written consent; or use any data mining or extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of pk346's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

The pk346 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk346 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or viruses, suitability for any particular purpose, or accuracy of any information displayed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pk346's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided thereunder — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk346 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk346 shall not be liable to you for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage; (c) losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform; or (d) losses arising from circumstances beyond pk346's reasonable control, including force majeure events, network failures, or regulatory interventions.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

pk346 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire Platform and player base. Participation in online casino games and sports betting carries inherent financial risk, and pk346 recognises that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic. The following tools and provisions form part of our responsible gaming obligations under our international gaming license.

• Minimum Age (21+): No person under the age of 21 may register or use the Platform under any circumstances. pk346 actively verifies player ages and will immediately close any account found to belong to an underage individual, forfeiting any associated balance.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly within their pk346 account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.

pk346 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or manipulative activity
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC or age verification within the required timeframe
• Regulatory or licensing obligations requiring pk346 to suspend or terminate service to a particular player or jurisdiction
• Insolvency, bankruptcy, or similar proceedings affecting the player
• At the player's own voluntary request via the self-exclusion or account closure process

Upon closure of your account, any real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the payment method on record, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements. pk346 is not obligated to return funds that are directly connected to prohibited conduct or pending regulatory investigation.

You may request voluntary closure of your pk346 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days.

pk346 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at pk346.org/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly displayed at the top of the document.

Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — pk346 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notification displayed on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact pk346 support to close your account. Closing your account in response to a material amendment will not attract any penalty, and any positive real-money balance will be returned to you in the normal course.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk346 holds its international gaming license. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in pk346's licensing documentation, which is available upon request.

Informal Resolution: In the first instance, any dispute should be directed to pk346's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. pk346 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five business days and resolving them within 30 calendar days wherever possible.

Formal Complaints: If a complaint cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pk346's gaming license authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are provided in pk346's licensing documentation.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their legitimate interests.
